Cal-C-Vita provides you with 1000 mg of vitamin C combined with other vitamins and minerals to supplement your diet in order to assist in promoting or supporting the function of the immune system. Use as adjuvant therapy for flu, common cold and allergies. 

Ingredients per Effervescent tablet: Contains sugar, sucrose 877 mg/tablet. No preservatives. Dosage: Do not exceed the recommended dosage, efficacy of support may vary between users 

•  Adults and children over 9 years old: take one tablet per day, dissolve the tablet in a glass of water
•  Children 4-8 years old: take half a tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water
