Ingredients per each White Calcium Tablet: Calcium 500mg, Copper 1mg. Magnesium 150mg, Manganese 3mg, Potassium 1mg, Selenium 15µg, Vitamin D3 1000IU and Zinc 5mg.

Ingredients per each Clear Omega-3 Softgel Capsule: Omega-3 Fish Oil 800mg; providing DHA 400mg and EPA 80mg.

Indications: For Pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding with active Extrafolate-S, Myo-Inositol, Iron, Calcium, Omega-3 and other essential nutrients for mom and baby.
