Ashwagandha (sometimes referred to as Indian Ginseng) is an Ayurvedic herbal extract that offers gentle stress relief by calming the body and the brain. Ashwagandha suppresses stress-induced increases of dopamine receptors in the brain. It also appears to reduce stress-induced increases in plasma corticosterone.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha 500mg.

Indications: Gentle stress relief by calming the body and brain.

Contraindications: Do not use the product if known hypersensitivity or allergies exists towards any of the ingredients.
