Each Gummy contains 2012 IU Vitamin A, 0.6 mg Vitamin B1, 0.7 mg Vitamin B2, 7.2 mg Vitamin B3, 2.2 mg Vitamin B5, 1.1 mg Vitamin B6, 0.4 μg VitaminB12, 108 μg Biotin, 20 mg Vitamin C, 400 IU Vitamin D3, 5.4 mg Vitamin E, 144 μg Folic Acid, 1 mg Zinc.

Contra-indications: Allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the listed ingredients. 

Dosage & Directions:
