Rehidrat Naartjie Sport support hydration before, during & after exercise. They contain essential electrolytes, thereby replenishing energy, by supporting optimal hydration and assisting with recovery after exercise.

Ingredients: Sodium Chloride 0.44g, Potassium Chloride 0.38g, Sodium Bicarbonate 0.42g, Glucose 4.16g, Sucrose 8.07g.

Indications: Treatment of dehydration before, during and after exercise.

Contraindications: Do not use the product if known hypersensitivity or allergies exists towards any of the ingredients.

Warning and Special precautions: If you are taking any chronic medication consult your medical practitioner before using it.

Dosage: Efficacy of support may vary between users.

• Dissolve 1 sachet in 250 ml of chilled water.
• Drink enough to quench thirst and replace fluid loss during exercise.
• Drink before, during and after exercise. 
• Discard solution after 24 hours.
