Ingredients:

Magnesium amino acid chelate 450 mg (equivalent to 45 mg elemental magnesium).
Magnesium stearate
Colloidal silicon dioxide
Gelatin (bovine)
Erythrosin (FD & C Red 3)
Yellow iron oxide and Titanium dioxide.

Indications: Magnesium plays an important role in various processes in your body as well as energy production.

Contraindications: Do not use the product if known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients.
