The Tony Ferguson Chromium Plus delivers chromium, an essential nutrient that the body uses for sugar metabolism. Chromium helps the body to maintain normal blood sugar levels and prevent the dips and spikes that lead to hunger and cravings.

Ingredients: Cinnamon Cassia Stem Bark Extract (Equivalent of Dry Stem Bark) 500mg. Total Elemental Chromium 150µg (Consists of Chromium Chloride) 100µg, Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 50µ, and Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 50mg.  

Directions for use: Take one tablet orally in the morning with food.
